Most of Vick’s future income used to pay his debt
Suspended NFL quarterback Michael Vick’s bankruptcy case continues to be on trial. His attorney Paul Campsen submitted a new repayment plan, which would funnel more of his future pay to his creditors.
In the original plan, Vick was considered promising to return to court in order to obtain high-income. Moreover, his property, mainly including two houses and a number of cars, was overvalued. So all things comsidered, these facts are not encouraging to Vick.
Under the new plan, 10 percent of the first 0,000 that Vick earns would go to creditors, and he has agreed to liquidate a house that’s under construction in Virginia. If Vick doesn’t return to the NFL, the new plan would give creditors a portion of whatever he earns from a lower-paying job.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell won’t negotiate the ban untill the Vick finished his probation. Some teams are wating for the final result.
